Roasted New Potatoes With Thyme and Garlic Recipe
This roasted new potatoes recipe is an easy dish to prepare and can be made with new potatoes, fingerlings, or small round red or white potatoes.

Ingredients
- 2pounds potatoes (small, white or red)
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 2cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 1teaspoon dried thyme (scant)
- ¼teaspoon salt
- ⅛teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)

Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 450 F.Step 2
Scrub the new potatoes and then cut them in half or quarter them if large.Step 3
In a large bowl, toss the new potatoes with the olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper.Step 4
