- 1cup canned pumpkin
- ½cup brown sugar
- ½teaspoon salt
- ½teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1(9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions
Step 1
Combine pumpkin, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg in a bowl. Stir into ice cream. Spoon into the prepared crust.Step 2
