- Serves: 8 persons
- 1puff pastry dough, rolled into a rectangle
- 200 gAppenzeller cheese
- 100 gGruyère
- 1 tbspwhite flour
- 1 dlfull cream
- 1 ½ dlmilk
- 2fresh eggs
- ¼ tspsalt
- a littlenutmeg
Step 1Cut out 8 pastry circles (each approx. 12 cm in diameter), transfer to the prepared tins. Prick the bases firmly with a fork, briefly refrigerate.
Step 2Mix the cheese with all the remaining ingredients, spread on top of the pastry.
Step 3Approx. 30 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 180°C.
