Ingredients: 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar; 0.5 organic lemon; 3 tbsp olive oil; 0.5 tsp salt; a little pepper; 3 fennel; 2 tbsp olive oil; 0.25 tsp salt; 0.25 tsp sea salt; 50 g Parmesan

Ingredients

2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
0.5 organic lemon
3 tbsp olive oil
0.5 tsp salt
a little pepper
3 fennel
2 tbsp olive oil
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp sea salt
50 g Parmesan

Steps

Combine the balsamic, lemon zest and juice with the oil, season.
Mix the fennel with the oil, season with salt.
With the lid down, grill the fennel over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 5 mins. on each side. Plate up the fennel, season with salt. Drizzle with the dressing, sprinkle the cheese on top.
