- 4to 6 ears of corn, husks, and silks removed
- ½cup vegetable oil
- 3tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 3tablespoons minced onion
- 2cloves garlic

Shuck the corn by removing husks and silk. Allow the corn to soak in water for up to 2 hours.Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine the vegetable oil, Cajun seasoning, minced onion, and minced garlic. Set aside.Step 4
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Place the ears of corn on the grill and cook for 10 minutes, turning constantly.Step 5
