Peanut butter overnight oats
Make a bowl of overnight oats that's indulgent yet healthy with creamy peanut butter and tangy raspberries. Or make it in a jar and take it to work

- 80g frozen raspberries
- 50g rolled porridge oats
- 1tsp maple syrup
- 1tbsp peanut butter
Step 1Stir the frozen raspberries into your oats with 150ml water and a pinch of salt, then cover and chill in the fridge overnight.
Step 2The next day, mix in the maple syrup, then top the oats with the peanut butter.
