Elderflower collins

Try mixing this tall elderflower cocktail for a summer's evening. Garnish with pretty elderflower blossom and lemon if you're entertaining

Ingredients

• ice
• 50 ml gin
• 25 ml elderflower cordial
• 25 ml lemon juice
• 150 ml soda water
• slice of lemon
• sprig of elderflower blossom (optional)

Steps

1. Put lots of ice in a collins glass or another tall glass, then add the gin, elderflower cordial and lemon juice. Add the soda water, stir gently, then garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of fresh elderflower, if you like.
