Pumpkin Pie Chatsworth Style

Ingredients
- ¾cup brown sugar
- ¾teaspoon ground ginger
- ½teaspoon salt
- ½teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1dash ground allspice
- 1dash ground cloves
- 1¾ cups mashed cooked pumpkin
- 2eggs, beaten
- 1½ cups warm 2% evaporated milk
- 1(9 inch) prepared pie crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Step 2
Mix brown sugar, ground ginger, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves together in a large bowl; add pumpkin and eggs. Beat the pumpkin mixture until smooth. Stir evaporated milk into the pumpkin mixture; pour into the pie crust.Step 3
Bake in preheated oven until the pie is set in the middle, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool to room temperature before serving.
