Garlic yogurt
Serve this cooling sauce with your favourite barbecued meats and flatbreads at summertime. It's a simple blend of natural yogurt, garlic and mint

Ingredients
- 200g natural yogurt
- 3small garlic cloves, finely grated
- 1tsp dried mint

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and black pepper, and chill until needed. Will keep chilled for up to three days.
