These easy three ingredient cookies are made with everyone's favorite chocolate hazelnut spread.
- Serves: 12 persons
- ¾cup Nutella
- ¾cup self-rising flour
- 1large egg, lightly beaten
Step 1Gather the ingredients.
Step 2Preheat oven to 350 F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 3In a medium bowl, combine the Nutella, flour, and egg.
Step 4Stir until completely combined. If the dough is too soft, it can be refrigerated until easy enough to handle.
Step 5Roll into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 8-10 minutes.
Step 6Remove the baking sheets from the oven and allow the cookies to cool and set on the sheets for 5 minutes.
Step 7Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
