Ingredients
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 1 tinanchovy fillets
- 1garlic clove
- 1red chilli pepper
- 1 tinchopped tomatoes
- 80 gpitted black olives
- 2 tbspsalted capers
- 2 tbsporegano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 400 gspaghetti
- salted water
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the anchovy fillets, garlic and chilli pepper for approx. 2 mins. Add the tomatoes and simmer for approx. 10 mins. Add the olives, capers and oregano, heat gently, season the sauce.Step 2
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, drain and stir in the sauce.
