Spicy Popped Sorghum
Sorghum popped in chili oil is a new twist on spicy popcorn. Add a little cinnamon and sugar for a sweet and savory treat.
- Serves: 1 person
- 1tablespoon chili oil, or as needed
- 2tablespoons popping sorghum
- salt to taste
Step 1Heat chili oil in a pot over medium heat; add sorghum and cover pot. Cook, shaking constantly, until the majority of sorghum is popped, about 5 minutes. Season with salt.
