- 1package frozen puff pastry dough (2 sheets, thawed)
- ⅓cup onion (chopped)
- 2cloves garlic (minced)
- 1to 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1packet Goya seasoning with annatto (achiote)
- 1pound ground pork
- 1teaspoon cumin
- ¼cup beef stock
- dash salt (to taste)
- dash black pepper (to taste)
- ¼cup cream cheese
- ¼cup cheddar cheese (or Monterey jack, grated)
- 1egg (plus 1 tablespoon water)
