Celebrate Valentine's Day on 14 February with a pink negroni, a brilliant blush-hued cocktail made with pink gin, Aperol and sweet white vermouth
- Serves: 1 person
- 35ml pink gin
- 25ml rose or sweet white vermouth
- 15ml Aperol
- 1grapefruit or lemon wedge, and 1 basil leaf, to garnish
Step 1Combine the gin, vermouth and Aperol in a tumbler along with a small handful of ice. Stir until the outside of the glass feels cold.
Step 2Garnish with a grapefruit or lemon wedge, and a basil leaf, if you like.
