Keto smoothie
Make this breakfast smoothie with spinach and fresh berries using any plant-based milk you like. You can also swap the hemp seeds for any nuts or seeds

Ingredients
- 500ml coconut milk or any plant-based milk of your choice
- 130g spinach leaves, washed and chopped
- 130g frozen or fresh berries
- 40g shelled hemp seeds
- 20g milled flaxseed
- 10g piece of ginger
- 10g tahini
- 1tsp cinnamon powder
