Anne's Peach Bellini
My wife likes this peach bellini which I have tweaked over the years. Now she asks for it after a rough day at work. Give it a try. Tell me what you think.

Ingredients
- ice as needed
- 1fluid ounce peach schnapps
- 1fluid ounce sweet vermouth
- 1fluid ounce cranberry-peach flavored juice (such as Ocean Spray® White Cran-Peach™)
- 1splash ginger ale
- 1maraschino cherry
Instructions
Step 1
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add schnapps, vermouth, juice, and ginger ale. Cover and shake until the outside of shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled glass (with or without ice) and garnish with cherry.
