New York Dog Pretzel Bites
All the classic flavors of a New York dog served bite sized on Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®.

Ingredients
- 2frankfurter (5 in long x 3/4 in dia, 10 per pound)s all-beef hot dogs
- 1tablespoon butter
- ½yellow onion, chopped
- 16each Original Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®
- ⅓cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1tablespoon spicy brown mustard, or to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil over high. Add hot dogs; reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat.Step 2
Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add onions and saute until onions are soft and have started to brown, about 5 minutes.Step 3
Drain hot dogs. Slice each into 8 rounds.Step 4
Arrange Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps® on a serving platter. Top with about a teaspoon sauerkraut and a hot dog round. Drizzle with mustard and top with grilled onions.
