Tasty, healthier version of Indian raita with pomegranate.
- Serves: 4 persons
- 1cup plain yogurt
- ½teaspoon white sugar
- salt, or to taste
- 1pinch ground cumin
- 1pinch ground black pepper
- 1pinch ground red chile pepper
- 1pomegranate, peeled and seeds separated
- 4leaves fresh mint, or to taste
Step 1Stir yogurt, sugar, salt, cumin, black pepper, and chile pepper together in a bowl until fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add pomegranate seeds; mix until well combined. Garnish with mint leaves.
