Balsamic Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients
- 4cups red potatoes , cubed
- 2cups baby carrots
- 1large red onion, sliced into 1/4-wide strips
- 2tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 4teaspoons olive oil
- 1clove garlic, crushed and finely chopped
- 1teaspoon thyme
- 1teaspoon rosemary
- 1teaspoon sage
- 1cup green beans, sliced
- ¾teaspoon kosher salt
- ½teaspoon black pepper

Preheat oven to 400 F and lightly oil a large roasting pan.Step 3
