Chocolate Cherry Bread
This chocolate cherry yeast bread is made with fresh pitted cherries. The cherries are frozen or slightly dried before they're added to the dough.

Ingredients
- 1 ½cups fresh cherries
- 4cups all-purpose flour, 20 ounces ( dip and sweep method )
- 2teaspoons salt
- 2tablespoons safflower oil or another neutral oil, plus more for the bowl
- 2tablespoons honey
- 1tablespoon instant or rapid-rise yeast
- 1 ½cups lukewarm water
- ½to 3/4 cup chopped semisweet chocolate (or chocolate chips)
