- For the Cake:
- 1 ¼cups all-purpose flour
- 2 ¼teaspoons baking powder
- ½cup sugar
- ½teaspoon salt
- ½teaspoon cinnamon
- 1large egg, beaten
- ½cup milk
- 4tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2medium ripe Bartlett pears, unpeeled, cored and chopped
- For the Streusel Topping:
- ½cup sugar
- ¼cup all-purpose flour
- 3tablespoons unsalted butter, cold, cut up
- 1teaspoon cinnamon
