Tres Leches Pastel
Sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream combine in our recipe for a dense, extremely moist tres leches cake.

Ingredients
- For Cake:
- 1 ½cups cake flour
- 1pinch salt
- 1teaspoon baking powder
- ⅓cup oil
- 1cup sugar
- 1teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5large eggs
- ½cup whole milk
- For Cream Syrup:
- 1(12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1(14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- ½cup heavy cream
- Optional: 1 tablespoon rum or brandy
- For Whipped Topping:
- ¾cup heavy cream
- 1teaspoon vanilla
- 1tablespoon sugar
- Garnish: Cinnamon (ground) or fresh berries
