Sparkling Apple Cider Mimosa
A fan-favorite that adds some "sparkle" to your brunch all year-round!
- Serves: 4 persons
- ½cup granulated sugar
- 4tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1(750 milliliter) bottle Domaine Ste. Michelle Extra Dry Brut
- 1(16 ounce) bottle apple cider, or as needed
Step 1Add sugar and pumpkin spice seasoning to a bowl; mix.
Step 2Dip champagne flute rims in water, then season each rim with sugar and pumpkin spice mixture.
Step 3Add 1/2 cup of Domaine Ste. Michelle to each glass. Fill the rest of the glass with apple cider.
