- 2 ½cups whole-wheat flour
- ½cup rolled oats
- 2teaspoons salt
- 2teaspoons caraway seed
- 1 ½teaspoons instant yeast
- 1cups milk
- 1tablespoon vinegar
- 1cup plain yogurt
- ¼cup sourdough culture
- 1to 2 tablespoons water, optional
