Vegan Pumpkin Overnight Oats in the Slow Cooker
Sweetener can be added during cooking or you can cook it without and then each person can add their own sweetener of choice on top after cooking.

- 2½ cups water
- 1cup steel-cut oats
- 1cup almond milk
- 1cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ¼teaspoon salt

Combine water, steel-cut oats, almond milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a slow cooker.Step 2
