Slow Cooker Chicken With Creamy Dijon Mustard Sauce
This Dijon chicken is made in the slow cooker with a great-tasting and creamy sauce made with Dijon mustard. Serve with rice or potatoes for an easy meal.

Ingredients
- 1 ½pounds chicken breasts (boneless)
- 2tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1(10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted, may use low fat)
- 2teaspoons cornstarch
- Dash black pepper (freshly ground)

Gather the ingredients.Step 2
Lightly butter or oil the inside of the slow cooker crockery insert. Alternatively, you may use a slow cooker cooking bag.Step 3
Arrange the chicken breast halves in the slow cooker .Step 4
In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; stir to blend the sauce ingredients thoroughly.Step 5
Spoon the sauce over the chicken breasts.Step 6
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until the chicken is tender and thoroughly cooked. The chicken is done when it reaches 165 F.Step 7
Serve the chicken and sauce hot with rice , potatoes or noodles and a green vegetable and/or a side salad.Step 8
