Pomegranate paloma

Ingredients

• 1 lime
• 0.5 tbsp sea salt
• some ice cubes
• 4 cl tequila
• 6 cl pomegranate juice
• 2 cl lime juice
• 2 cl agave syrup
• 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
• 1 sprig rosemary

Steps

1. Mix the lime zest and salt in a shallow dish. Cut the lime into wedges. Rub a wedge of lime around the rim of the glass, dip in the salt.
2. Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour in the tequila, pomegranate juice, lime juice and agave syrup, mix well. Decorate the cocktail with pomegranate seeds and rosemary.
