Ingredients
- 1baguette
- 2garlic cloves
- 2vine-ripened tomatoes
- 1 tbspolive oil
- a littlesea salt
Instructions
Step 1
Toast the pieces of baguette in a frying pan (without oil) for approx. 2 mins. on each side. Rub garlic into the cut surfaces of the bread.Step 2
Place the tomatoes in a sieve, drain the juice. Arrange the tomatoes on top of the pieces of baguette. Drizzle with oil, season with salt. Cut the baguettes into pieces approx. 7 cm wide.
