Thanksgiving Leftovers Party Buns
These Thanksgiving party buns are made with leftover Parker House yeast rolls, chopped turkey, smoked gouda, sweet hot mustard, and cranberry jam.

Ingredients
- 1package Parker house yeast rolls, frozen and thawed
- ½pound roasted turkey breast, chopped
- 2tablespoons sweet hot mustard
- 2tablespoons whole berry cranberry sauce
- ¼pound smoked gouda, sliced
Instructions
Step 1
Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 F.Step 2
Gently take the rolls out of the aluminum baking sheet and place them on a flat surface.Step 3
Using a serrated knife, slice the entire pack of yeast rolls in half and return the bottom halves back to the aluminum baking sheet.Step 4
Add the turkey to the half rolls on the baking sheet and top with cranberry sauce.Step 5
On the remaining half of each roll, smear the sweet hot mustard and add the smoked gouda cheese.Step 6
Place the mustard-smeared side of the rolls gently back on top of the other half of the rolls.Step 7
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes.Step 8
Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes or until the tops of the rolls are cooked through and slightly golden.Step 9
Serve and enjoy.
