- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 3garlic cloves (minced)
- 2chicken breasts (sliced into bite-size pieces or tenders)
- 2cups asparagus (remove tough ends and chop)
- 1cup cherry tomatoes
- 1cup carrots (thinly sliced)
- 1teaspoon salt
- 1teaspoon pepper
- 1teaspoon red chili flakes
- 4cups pasta (of your choice)
- 1cup fresh parmesan cheese
