4-Ingredient Mayonnaise Biscuits Recipe
Our easy and delicious recipe for mayonnaise biscuits consists of just four ingredients—self-rising flour, mayonnaise, milk, and optional sugar.

- 2cups self-rising flour
- 2tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1cup whole milk
- 2tablespoons milk or cream
- 1tablespoon sugar, optional
Step 1Gather the ingredients.
Step 2Heat oven to 450 F. Grease muffin tins or a large baking sheet and set aside.
Step 3In a small bowl, combine self-rising flour, mayonnaise, 1 cup milk, and sugar, if using. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed. Do not overmix because that will cause the biscuits to be tough.
Step 4Drop batter into muffin tins or onto a baking sheet spaced at least 1 inch apart.
Step 5Brush the tops with cream or milk.
Step 6Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
