Ingredients
- 2pears
- ½ tbspicing sugar
- 1baguette
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 120 gxy
- 1 tspliquid honey
- salt and pepper to taste
- ½ tbspliquid honey
- 2 tbsphazelnuts
- 4 sprigsthyme
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Place the pear slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper, dust with icing sugar.Step 2
Approx. 15 mins. in an oven preheated to 200°C (convection). Remove the pears, set aside.Step 3
Arrange the baguette slices on the same tray, brush with oil.Step 4
Approx. 5 mins. in an oven preheated to 200°C (convection).Step 5
Combine the ricotta and honey, season. Spread the ricotta on top of the slices of baguette, arrange the pear slices on top, drizzle with the honey. Sprinkle with the hazelnuts and thyme leaves, season the crostini.
