Quick Sherry Chicken
Simple and easy! Serve with rice or pasta.
- Serves: 6 persons
- 1(2 to 3 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 2tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1(10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ¼cup dry sherry
- 8small white onions, peeled
Step 1In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil. Pour excess oil off.
Step 2Stir in undiluted soup, sherry, and whole onions. Cover. Simmer for 45 minutes, or until done. Stir occasionally.
