- 1cup milk
- 2tablespoons milk
- 1tablespoon rum (or 1/4 teaspoon rum extract)
- 1teaspoon vanilla extract (or 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar)
- 3 ½cups flour
- 2teaspoons baking powder (double acting)
- Glaze:
- 1cup (powdered)
- 2tablespoons rum (or Grand Marnier)
- Chocolate Glaze:
- 4ounces chocolate (dark)
- 2teaspoons butter
- 2tablespoons water (hot)
- ½cup sugar (powdered)
