- ½teaspoon cinnamon

- For the Pie Filling:
- 2(15 1/4-ounce) cans sliced pears in heavy syrup
- ¼cup all-purpose flour
- ½cup sugar
- Optional: 1/2 cup fresh, frozen, or dried cranberries
