Easy Microwaved Potatoes Au Gratin
These easy potatoes au gratin, made in less than half an hour in the microwave, are cooked in cream of mushroom soup and milk and topped with cheese.

Ingredients
- 2pounds Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes
- 11-3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 ½cups milk
- 2cups shredded cheddar cheese

Gather the ingredients.Step 2
Using cooking spray, coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or a 2-quart gratin dish that fits in your microwave.Step 3
Peel the potatoes .Step 4
Use a knife or food processor fitted with the slicing blade to slice the potatoes 1/2-inch thick.Step 5
Stir together the cream of mushroom soup and milk in a large bowl.Step 6
Add the potatoes and stir to coat well.Step 7
Pour into the prepared pan.Step 8
Cover loosely with plastic wrap, folding back a corner to allow steam to escape. Heat in the microwave on high for 5 minutes. Rotate the baking dish and heat on high for another 5 minutes.Step 9
Stir well.Step 10
Top with the cheese. Heat another 10 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender.Step 11
