Spinach and Gorgonzola Cheese Ball
An elegant and simple cold appetizer. Great served with water biscuits.
- Serves: 1 person
- 2(8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1(10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 6ounces crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- ½cup slivered almonds
Step 1Stir together cream cheese and spinach in a large bowl; mix well. Gently fold in Gorgonzola crumbles. Shape cheese mixture into a ball. Roll cheese ball in slivered almonds. Wrap well; chill until firm, about 1 hour.
