This is a great garlic aioli recipe. Enjoy! We use this as a dip for crab cakes or as a spread on sandwiches.
- Serves: 1 person
- ¾cup mayonnaise
- 3cloves garlic, minced
- 2½ tablespoons lemon juice
- ¾teaspoon salt
- ½teaspoon ground black pepper
Step 1Mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
