- 2ounces (1/2 stick) whole butter
- 1 ¾cups whole milk
- ¼cup vegetable oil
- ½teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Preheat the waffle griddle. If you plan to hold batches and serve all at once, preheat an oven to 200 F. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk to blend the dry ingredients thoroughly.Step 3
