Fig bellini
If a peach bellini is your idea of summer in a champagne flute, this will be the taste of autumn – it's made with blended figs and hazelnut liqueur

Ingredients
- 2figs , plus an extra slice to garnish
- 30ml Frangelico
- chilled sparkling wine , for topping up
Instructions
Step 1
Blend the two figs with the Frangelico until smooth, then push the mixture through a fine sieve to remove the seeds and skins.Step 2
Divide the mixture between two champagne flutes or coupe glasses and top up with with the sparkling wine. Garnish with a fig slice, if you like.
