Air Fryer Lemon-Thyme Mushrooms

Mushroom slices that are crispy on the edges, tender and juicy in the middle. I like to serve these with pork tenderloin, salmon, or grilled steak but they go great with chicken too.

  1. Step 1

    Place mushrooms in a bowl. Add oil, lemon-pepper, and thyme. Stir to coat.
  2. Step 2

    Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 5 minutes.
  3. Step 3

    Place mushroom slices in the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir and sprinkle with salt. Cook for 5 minutes more.
