Air Fryer Lemon-Thyme Mushrooms
Mushroom slices that are crispy on the edges, tender and juicy in the middle. I like to serve these with pork tenderloin, salmon, or grilled steak but they go great with chicken too.
- Serves: 4 persons
- 6ounces white mushrooms, sliced
- 1tablespoon olive oil
- ¼teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- ¼teaspoon ground thyme
- salt to taste
Step 1Place mushrooms in a bowl. Add oil, lemon-pepper, and thyme. Stir to coat.
Step 2Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 5 minutes.
Step 3Place mushroom slices in the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir and sprinkle with salt. Cook for 5 minutes more.
