- 200 gwatermelons
- 200 gnetted melons
- 200 gGalia melons
Step 1Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
Step 2Scoop out the melon seeds with a spoon, peel and chop into pieces. Place the melons separately in a blender with ½ tbsp of lemon juice each, puree in batches.
Step 3Pour the red puree into the ice lolly moulds, freeze for approx. 30 mins. Pour the orange puree into the ice lolly moulds, freeze for approx. 30 mins. Pour the green puree into the ice lolly moulds, insert the lolly sticks. Freeze the lollies for approx. 6 hrs. or overnight.
