Coconut Popsicles
Zesty coconut lime popsicles are the perfect tropical treat for hot summer months.

Ingredients
- 1(13 ounce) can reduced-fat coconut milk
- 1(14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1cup sweetened shredded coconut flakes
- 2tablespoons lime zest
- 1tablespoon lime juice

Add the coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, coconut flakes, lime zest, and lime juice to your blender.Step 3
Blend the mixture on high speed until the coconut is blended into the milk and it's a consistent mixture.Step 4
Pour the coconut mixture into your favorite popsicle mold until almost full.Step 5
Allow the popsicles to freeze for 2 hours, then insert the popsicle sticks while the popsicles are slightly frozen so the sticks stay in place. If you're using a mold that comes with its own stick mold form, you can add it right away.Step 6
Finish freezing for at least 2 more hours, but overnight is best. Run the popsicle mold under warm water to release the popsicles. Gently remove and enjoy immediately.
