Pumpkin Peanut Dip
Sweet with a hint of pumpkin. Pairs great with sliced apples, pretzels, or crackers. Great for Halloween, a fall dinner party, or Thanksgiving.
- Serves: 15 persons
- ½(10.5 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
- 1(8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- ¼cup sour cream
- ¼cup canned pumpkin
- 2tablespoons peanut butter
Step 1Place marshmallows in a saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir until marshmallows are melted, 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 2Stir cream cheese, sour cream, pumpkin, and peanut butter together in a bowl. Beat marshmallows into the cream cheese mixture using an electric hand mixer until creamy. Chill in refrigerator 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
