Dairy-Free Keto Hot Cocoa
This keto-friendly hot cocoa features MCT oil, egg, cacao powder, but no dairy. Stevia should be added to taste. It depends on the kind of stevia and whether you use coffee or water.
- Serves: 1 person
- ¾cup boiling water
- 1tablespoon medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil
- 1tablespoon cacao powder
- 5drops vanilla extract
- 1pinch salt
- 7drops liquid stevia, or to taste
Step 1Combine boiling water, egg, MCT oil, cacao powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender. Whip until well mixed and frothy. Add enough stevia to reach desired sweetness.
