Creamy Boursin Spinach Recipe
Boursin cheese makes a quick and easy sauce for fresh spinach, and a little Parmesan makes it extra-special.

Ingredients
- 10to 12 ounces baby spinach (rinsed)
- 2tablespoons butter
- ½cup red onion (finely chopped)
- 1container (4.4 ounces) light garlic and herbs Boursin cheese
- 1tablespoon grated nutmeg
- Dash freshly ground black pepper
- Garnish: shredded Parmesan cheese

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and saute the onion. When the onion is softened, add the rinsed spinach. Cook, stirring until spinach has wilted.Step 3
Stir in the Boursin cheese, nutmeg, and pepper until cheese is melted.Step 4
Serve garnished with a little shredded Parmesan .
