Buffalo Chicken Dip
This buffalo chicken dip recipe is made with cooked chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, blue cheese and hot sauce, and ideal for game day parties.

Ingredients
- 4cups rotisserie chicken (shredded and cooked)
- ½to 1 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's)
- 1cup ranch dressing
- ½cup diced celery
- 2(8-ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1cup crumbled blue cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Place the chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing, and celery in the slow cooker, and stir.Step 2
Cut the cream cheese into cubes. Place it on top of the chicken mixture. Sprinkle the blue cheese on top of the cream cheese cubes. Cover, and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes or so, until cheese is melted and dip is warmed through. Important: Unlike most slow cooker recipes that do not require stirring, this dip works best if it is stirred frequently.Step 3
Once the dip is cooked through, keep it in the crock pot on "warm" or "low" to serve.
