- Serves: 1 person
- 1 dlespresso
- 3 clgin
- 3 clcoffee liqueur
- 3 clespressos
- 2 clBündner Röteli (Graubünden liqueur)
- someice cubes
- ½ dlcream
- ¼ tspbourbon vanilla sugar
Step 1Pour the espresso into the ice cube tray, freeze for approx. 7 hrs.
Step 2Pour the gin, coffee liqueur, espresso and Bündner Röteli into the shaker. Top up the shaker with ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Place the coffee ice cubes in a glass, pour the cocktail into the glass through a fine sieve.
Step 3Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until almost stiff. Once the coffee ice cubes have half-melted, add the cream.
