Ingredients
- 1cup old fashioned oats
- ¾cup all-purpose flour
- 2teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ¼teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼teaspoon allspice
- 1 ½teaspoons baking powder
- ¼teaspoon salt
- 2tablespoons butter (melted and cooled slightly)
- 1large egg
- 1teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½cup maple syrup
- 1large apple (peeled, cored, diced)
- For the Icing:
- 1cup powdered sugar
- 1teaspoon milk

Stir together the oats, flour, cinnamon, cloves, allspice, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.Step 4
In a measuring cup, whisk together the maple syrup, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir in the peeled and chopped apple.Step 5
