Ingredients

• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 garlic clove
• 0.5 tsp salt
• a little pepper
• 100 g mixed leaf salad
• 1 tin red kidney beans
• 200 g cherry tomatoes
• 1 tin pink tuna in oil
• 1 onion
• 50 g olives

Steps

1. Mix the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2. Mix the lettuce with all the other ingredients up to and including the olives in the dressing.
